The company has highly qualified technical staff, supported by a pilot plant and a laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

It should be noted the privileged and constant communication with the entire Shin-Etsu group in various technological domains, to which the experience and knowledge of the compounding companies of the CIRES Group is added, thus allowing to maximize synergies and acknowledge the technical capacity of CIRES.

The regularly developed cooperation programs with universities and technology centers provide a forum for knowledge and technological progress, which is one of the pillars of the company.
