Aware of the relevant importance of customer service for the establishment of close and sustained commercial relationships, CIRES invested in the development of a computer tool, which aims to strengthen and facilitate communications with its providers of PVC transport services. This collaborative tool allows you to centralize all work on a single platform:

• Carrier qualification;
• Cargo management and award;
• Transport service monitoring;
• Tank washing service monitoring.

This platform, as a communication and training tool, includes three videos that train both PVC transport service providers' employees and drivers on the procedures to be adopted in their relationship with CIRES and whose viewing is strongly recommended.

OCS CERTIFICATION

CIRES is the first European producer to achieve Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) certification. An important distinction in the context of acting accordingly and respecting the environment.
